Page 2 scene 1: Blackbeard is holding a severed human head by the hair. A pile of mutilated bodies at Blackbeards feet. Assorted fx to include an eye piercing, a hand severed, a cut throat, a face slashing, stabbings, etc.
Page 3 scene 1 : Blackbeard is covered with wounds. Blackbeard is cut on the neck. The wound spurts. Blackbeard's head is cleaved from his body.
Page 4 scene 1 : Blackbeard's lifeless body is thrown overboard. It kicks stiffly as if trying to swim.
Page 4 scene 3: Mirella sews Blackbeard's head on. Mirella slices her wrist which drips blood.
Page 5 scene 3: Blackbeard reveals wickedly sharp curved fangs.
Page 5 scene 4: Some of the crew have rope burns.
Page 8 scene 15: The Angels of Death are pale, with dead eyes, and sharp teeth.
Page 9 scene 15: Clay jams a rusty fork into the eye of the brunette.
Page 11 scene 17: A man impaled on the yard arm. Five dead crewman in pools of blood. Their heads have been scrambled. Black and white photo of a ruined head. A more detailed shot of the entrance wound.
Page 14 scene 20: The Wetmare, cold blue lips, fangs that drip milk.
Page 15 scene 22: Israel: skeletal body, skull face, cold black eyes, rope burn.
Page 17 scene 23: Female sinks smoking teeth into Papa smerf.
Page 19 scene 28: All have oozing neck wounds but Chrissie.
Page 22 scene 29: An empty eye socket under the eye patch. The sores on their faces are fresh and putrescent. A sharp toothed eel bursts out of the eye socket at us.
Page 29 scene 36: Blackbeard opens his mouth and extends his long fangs.
Page 31 scene 36: Chrissie stabs Blackbeard, he spurts blood on her. His wound closes up. Chrissie carves a cross on both sides of her neck.
Page 39 scene 46: Blood runs down Ginny's leg.
Page 45 scene 53: Suddenly a brown calcified skull stares up at Carrie.
Page 48 scene 54: Blood and brain matter splash into the water on Carrie.
Page 51 scene 62: A massive bullet explodes the gangmembers head.
Page 52 scene 62: The Vampirates cut them down: Assorted slashing effects, jump cut wounds, exploding rubbers, etc.
Page 59 scene 66: Papa hits the windshield, splatters into a mass of smoking bloody flesh. His eyes stare at the driver.
Page 61 scene 71 A mass of pulverized meat, and a few ribs. Sap drips out of the fangs. Papa's severed heard stars back at them. Two long fangs unfold from the roof of the mouth.
Page 65 scene 75: Blood erupts from the huge hole in Israel's back.
Page 69 scene 80: Ginny tears out Michael's heart, and holds it up.
Page 79 scene 94: Mirella slices the palms of her hands with a knife.
Page 86 scene 108: Michael hung by the neck, a hole in his chest.
Page 95 scene 122: Blackbeard cuts the boyfriends hand off, and guts him.
Page 95 scene 123: Touissant shoots a creature in the ear, smoke erupts out of it's head. A rusty cutlass point bursts out of Touissant's chest.
Page 98 scene 126: The holes in Blackbeard's chest close up. A Vampirates is decapitated by Carrie.
Page 101 scene 128: Clay knocks Blackbeard's head off, it lands near Chrissie's feet. Blackbeard's body crawls forward reaching for it's head.
Page 103 scene 133: A large hole is blown in the back of Blackbeard's severed head.
Page 107 scene 137: Clay stabs Mirella in the chest, her wound closes. Clay cuts Israel.
Page 110 scene 140: Mirella appears from within the shark's mouth.
